A Call to Fast – Victorious Living Church
There are moments in history when God stirs His people to seek Him with greater intensity. This is one of those moments.
At Victorious Living Church we are setting aside every Wednesday as a day of fasting and prayer. Not out of routine, but out of hunger. A hunger for God’s presence,
His power, and a fresh move of His Spirit in our lives, our families, our church, and our city.
Throughout Scripture, fasting marked the turning points of revival. When God’s people humbled themselves, heaven responded.
This is a call to lay aside distractions.
A call to deny the flesh and awaken the spirit.
A call to pursue the Lord until hearts burn again.
Jesus said, “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled.”
We believe God is ready to fill hungry people.
What We’re Praying For
• A deeper love for Jesus • Freedom and breakthrough in our church family • Prodigals coming home • Healing, salvation, and miracles
• Spiritual awakening in our region
How to Join the Fast
You can participate in different ways:
• A full day fast (water or liquids)
• Skipping one or two meals • Setting aside extra time for prayer and Scripture • Worshiping and listening for the voice of the Lord
When the church fasts together, unity grows, faith rises, and space is made for God to move.
This is not about religious duty.
This is about spiritual hunger.
And God always responds to hungry hearts.
