What We Believe

"What comes into our minds when we think about God is the most important thing about us." - A.W. Tozer

Core Beliefs

The following are the core beliefs of Victorious Living Church based on the foundational truths taught in the bible. All of our teaching and ministry is rooted in and flows out of these biblical doctrines.

Grace and Truth

Grace and Truth– We value God’s Word, the Bible, as absolute Truth, while embracing God’s Amazing Grace.

Not About Us

Jesus is first, everything we do is about Him and for Him. We have a church environment that prefers Jesus, and where we prefer others.

Diversity

We will be welcoming of all people from all walks of life and backgrounds.

Legacy

Leaving something of value to the next generation is important to us. Our children and youth are our most prized possession and will receive top priority. They are the church of now.

Holy Spirit

We desire and seek after the presence of God, the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit are active in our services, events and daily lives. It is this spiritual power that gives each of us true victory and freedom.

Generous and Kind

We strive to be the most loving church possible, one that is generous and kind, and judgment free. We treat everyone with respect on their journey to discover Jesus. We do not tolerate a toxic environment, but instead promote a caring and loving family culture.

Excellence

We never settle for good enough when excellence is available. We set the standards high.

Growing

Our goal is to have a life and church that is constantly growing. Our personal growth as a follower of Jesus results in a growing church.

Bold

We will never be timid about Jesus. We take risky and bold action to share Jesus with others. We boldly raise up new leaders, and take risks in sending these leaders to plant churches and do outreach.

Causes

We serve our church, our community and the world by partnering with missions and charities. We use our resources for the greater good.

Better Together

We are a part of something bigger than ourselves. Friendships are essential to a fulfilling life; small groups are where friendships are nurtured and true ministry happens. Every person has something to offer and are important to the life of this church. We rely on a team approach to ministry, that is built on the foundation of being  a servant to all.

Health

A life of Victory in every way is possible, we promote lifestyles of health in our bodies, relationships, families and spiritual lives.
